Team fee = $550.00
Annual player registration = $9.00
Annual coaches registration = $12.00
LEAGUE RULES AND REGISTRATION NOTES:
* All teams are required to have matching jerseys, shorts and socks.
* Shin guards are required.
* Non-marking, non-studded indoor soccer or tennis shoes required.
* EGFC will provide the all Futsal balls, please do not bring you own as they will not be allowed.
* In order for a team to be placed in a league, EGFC must receive a refundable $150.00 deposit. The deposit will be credited against league fees if your team is placed on the schedule. The balance of the team fees are due no later than December 7, 2007. Checks payable to EGFC.
* Acceptance of a team application form does not necessarily guarantee acceptance into a league. EGFC will notify you of acceptance.
